is located in Weston, Connecticut. Its target area is Fairfield County.
The goal of Making It Personal is to put the
home
back in
cooking, whether it be meals through the week for your family, an intimate dinner for you and that someone
special, or a backyard neighborhood barbeque.
Bill Alderson, owner and chef, has been trained in the culinary arts through life-experience. As a much younger man, to assist with college tuition, he began cooking
professionally by preparing meals for restaurant mangers and kitchen staff. He has continued cooking for family and friends throughout the years. Always learning and
practicing the art of cooking, he keeps current by reading cookbooks and food related magazines.
Chef Bill is certified in safe food handling for your health and fully insured for your comfort.
He is also a proud member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association (APPCA).
